TIMOTHY CORRIGAN, Executive VP -- Energy, R.W. BECK Consulting
Mr. Corrigan leads the Energy Sector practice for R.W. Beck, an SAIC company. He devotes a significant amount of his time to providing consulting services to clients in a variety of areas, including utility operations and strategic planning; market assessments and competitive positioning; electric, natural gas, and water rates and cost-of-service analyses; and power supply, economic and financial feasibility studies. Mr. Corrigan is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, the National Society of Professional Engineers, the Professional Engineers of Colorado, and the American Consulting Engineers Council. He also has served on several American Public Power Association and state-level public power committees.
AMO HOUGHTON, Retired CEO of Corning Inc. & Member of Congress (R-NY)
Amory "Amo" Houghton Jr. is a member of one of upstate New York's most prominent business families. He served in the Marine Corps during WWII and graduated from Harvard University in 1950. From 1964 to 1983 Amo served as Chairman and CEO of Corning Glass Works (now Corning Incorporated), a company founded by his great-great-grandfather, Amory Houghton, in 1851. He also served on the Board of Directors of IBM, Citigroup, Proctor and Gamble and Genentech. In 1986 he was elected to the United States House of Representatives where he served on the International Relations and Ways and Means Committees. He maintained a moderate voting record and was founder of the Republican Main Street Coalition, which he formed to encourage a more moderate stance to public issues. He retired from Congress in 2005 after serving nine terms.
MERRILL RING, President, Ring McAfee & Co.
Merrill Ring is president of Ring McAfee & Co. Inc., a New York-based merchant bank and financial advisory firm specializing in project finance, mergers and acquisitions, and alternative energy development. Prior to forming RMC, Merrill was a founding partner of Private Capital Partners, Inc. (1986-1991) and a senior vice president of Bank of America in San Francisco (1964 -1986) where Merrill was the executive director of the Public Finance Department and a director of the bank's Capital Markets Group. Merrill earned a Ph.D. in English Literature from Columbia University.
ROBIN KRUEGER, Finance and Operations
During her 25-year career, Robin has served as the Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of emerging growth, public and private companies in the transportation, technology and e-commerce segments. She specializes in financial leadership, mergers and acquisitions, raising capital, CFO mentoring, controllership, public companies and emerging-growth companies. Robin served as Vice President, Finance and Treasurer of a major U.S. airline where she was responsible for corporate finance, investor relations, aircraft and equipment leasing, cash management, pensions and an accounting group. She closed an IPO and subsequent financings for an internet printing business, where she raised over $120 million and executed an aggressive $100 million acquisition strategy. Krueger holds an MBA Certificate from Seattle University, an MBA from George Washington University and a BA from the University of Washington.
